1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Sunni Speakers. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

Sunni Speakers is a facilitation platform that enables Islamic institutions (Mosques) to find, check availability, and send booking requests to public speakers (Speakers). Sunni Speakers does not employ, recommend, or endorse any speaker, nor do we represent or act on behalf of any mosque.

3. Limitation of Liability & Disputes

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Sunni Speakers is not party to any agreements made between mosques and speakers. Specifically:

• No Liability for Events: We are not liable for any cancelled events, speaker absences, topics delivered, or any disputes regarding honorariums, expenses, or conduct.
• No Endorsement: The inclusion of any speaker or mosque on the platform does not constitute an endorsement. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own verification and background checks.
• Platform Stability: We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

4. User Content & Acceptable Use

Users are solely responsible for any content they upload (including biographies, titles, dates, topics, and profile pictures). You agree that you will not post content that:

• Is inaccurate, fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory.
• Violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights (e.g., uploading photos or text you do not own).
• Contains hate speech, abusive language, or violates community standards.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content, and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Account Registration & Security

To use the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password, and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Copyright Infringement & Take-Down Policy

If you believe that any content hosted on Sunni Speakers infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please send a take-down notice containing details of the copyrighted work and its location on our platform to au.ahmed.dev@gmail.com. We will act promptly to investigate and remove infringing materials.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
